Ecstatic writing is a unique writing experience that I have developed through decades of working with spontaneous free-writing practice.
It is designed to take you on a joyful journey of self-discovery through words. Using a series of guided writing exercises, we will delve beneath the 'surface noise' of our everyday thoughts and uncover the deeper themes and narratives that lay buried in our subconscious. We all have this creative flow within us, this profound level of Wisdom and Insight. Ecstatic Writing will help you access the stories your heart wants you to hear.
WordCraft: A Six-week Creative Writing Course
WordCraft is my foundation course for writers that focusses on the ‘Three Pillars’ of successful writing: Creativity, Confidence, and Craft. Through innovative, original exercises, prompts, readings, and discussions you are invited to explore the different elements involved in developing a good story. My aim is to inspire you; to help you develop your unique personal ‘voice’ , identify your strengths and challenges, and build a range of strategies that enable you to fulfil your creative potential.
